I’m Sarah, a Registered Dietitian, a Mom to two amazing little boys and wife to a pretty awesome guy.
Random things I love include broadway musicals, NFL football and most recently, my DSLR camera.
My nutrition & diet advice is pretty simple :
- Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, choosing local and organic when possible.
- Choose sustainable protein sources, preferably wild or grass-fed/pasture raised.
- Don’t be afraid of fat, especially saturated, AND …
- Limit sources of simple sugars!
ALL the recipes you’ll find on the blog are simple, fresh, healthy, delicious… AND gluten-free!
As passionate as I am about the health and nutrition, I’m human, so you’ll find sweet treats and baked goods scattered in the mix…most likely something I get to decorate .😉
Besides food, I love getting my hands dirty. Be it a DIY project, making my own body products, household cleaners or some other random creative project, I’m all over it.
